Little Red Designs wishes that all shoppers should have peace of mind when ordering any product through the Site. All information is below and if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. 1. PAYMENT Payment merchant is PayPal. You can also pay by credit card at the PayPal site, even if you do not have a PayPal account. PayPal is completely secure & very reliable. 2. SHIPPING Little Red Designs makes each item to order & the estimated time of dispatch is stated at the bottom of each product. UK deliveries All shipping to UK address is completely free and are sent Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery. Estimated time of delivery is 3-5 working days. A signature will be required upon delivery. All Royal Mail Track and Trace code for your item will be provided by Little Red Designs on dispatch of your product. An email from PayPal will confirm this. Should your item be delayed and you require a copy of the Royal Mail Track and Trace code, please do not hesitate to contact Little Red Designs. Should the item end up at the Royal Mail Delivery Depot / Sorting Office, any Recorded Delivery parcels must be collected within 1 week, or they will be returned to Little Red Designs. Any items which are ‘lost’ in the postal system but have been delivered using Royal Mail Special delivery, Recorded delivery or a signed for courier cannot be refunded or a replacement item provided, if they have been signed for at the correct address. For your information; Royal Mail will not consider an item to be ‘lost’ until 15 WORKING days has passed; until this time, it is still considered ‘in transit’ . After 15 WORKING days, the issue will be investigated by Royal Mail. International deliveries There is a shipping cost for all international deliveries. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail’s Airsure and they should take between 6 – 10 working days to arrive, depending on the country of destination: 3 – 4 working days after posting to arrive in Western Europe 4 – 6 working days after posting to arrive in Eastern Europe and postal subsidiaries (Islands and Principalities) 6 – 10 working days after posting to arrive in the Rest of the World (this includes USA). International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties associated with shipping after the item reaches their respective country. 3. REFUNDS Standard orders Should you like to return your item for a full refund; please contact Little Red Designs within 7 days of receiving the goods, where our returns address will be provided. Products are returned at your own risk of loss or damage, so you should wrap them securely and we recommend that it is returned using Royal Mail Recorded delivery. As per the Distance Selling Regulations, all consumers must take reasonable care of the items whilst they are in their procession. We request that products must be returned to us in an unused state with any labels still attached. No refund will be given until the item is received by us, or if products are damaged, defective, incorrectly delivered or have not been treated with reasonable care. Made to order items However, you cannot return the items if the products ordered by you are customised or made to your personal specifications. Such orders may only be returned if the products are faulty on receipt. They may not be returned if damaged through normal wear and tear. Damage in transit Every item is packaged to avoid damage in transit, if this should happen, please email photographic evidence of the damage in order to negotiate a happy resolution.
